Angelica Wolanska is a movement artist working with performance, choreography, film-making and short-form content creation for music artists, designers and brands. She has worked with artists such as Pink Pantheress, Flo, Beabadoobee, Joy Crookes, Olivia Dean, Cat Burns, Confidence Man, The Last Dinner Party, ELIZA, IDLES and Biig Piig. Her previous clients include Mulberry, Kiko Kostadinov, Y-3, Adidas, Flannels, Salomon, Peachy Den, Uniqlo, Dickies, Dr Martens, Sony Music, Warner Music, Universal Music and BBC Arts.

Her personal research practice is concerned with the use of dance as a phenomenological tool for expressing embodied perception and contemporary lived experience, emphasising the interplay between movement and meaning-making. She is interested in how movement can offer insights into the ways individuals can navigate, experience and potentially resist current digital governing structures by centring bodily experience.

Her movement work has been screened at the Southbank Centre, FAWW Gallery and 3537 in Paris, and featured in publications such as Dazed Digital, Nowness, Vogue, Grazia Luxe and Fword Magazine. She has contributed choreographies to award-winning videos such as Dancer by IDLES, Time by Olivia Dean and GIRLS! by Cat Burns.

She holds a first class Bachelor’s degree from Oxford University in Modern Languages and Literatures.
